Academic Highlights

This group project involved having to analyze the financial status of a fake hospital. Financial ratios were used to determine where the hospital was doing well and where it was lacking. After finding out what areas the hospital was doing poorly in, my group suggested recommendations on how the hospital could improve. 

During my sophomore and junior years, I was part of a scholarship program called Jaguar Leadership Network (JLN). At the end of my junior year in the program, everyone had to be part of an engaged learning experience and present about it. My engaged learning experience was working on campus at the MAC. My presentation included how working there helped me grow as a student and future professional. 

During the final semester of my undergraduate career, my group and I were tasked with creating a fake strategic plan for an Indianapolis hospital of our choice. The goal of this project was to learn the steps of a strategic plan and understand what it takes to come up with realistic strategic initiatives as well as objectives for the future of the hospital.
